Discussion on the Relations Between Adjustment of Personnel System with Development of Affiliated Hospital of Military Medical University

新编制运行后,军医大学附属医院面临人员减少、任务加重的实际困难,严重影响医院建设和发展。对此,克服编制体制调整期医院发展中的各种困难,是亟待研究和解决的新课题,本文从两个方面进行了初步探讨。

Since the new personnel system has been carried out, the affiliated hospitals of military medical university should face the contradiction between less staff and more work loads, which has posed tremendous challenges for the development of these hospitals. So how to overcome the various difficulties arising from personnel system adjustment has become a new topic for us. In this article, we will focus our discussion on two aspects of this issue.
