摘要
医院经过9年坚持不间断的建设,完成了H IS、LIS、R IS、PACS的建设,联通了全军远程医学信息网和310网,建立了数字化学习中心,在医疗服务、管理等工作中取得显著的效益,极大的提升了医院的服务品质。实践证明,信息化建设是“一把手”工程,要放在医院整体建设的层面规划发展;要紧跟全军信息化建设发展步伐,有组织有目标有计划按步骤稳步推进;要立足自身,坚持资金的持续投入,探索低投入高效益的发展道路;要坚持适宜、实用的建设方针,在需求中不断完善和深化软件应用的范围和能力。
Through efforts for 9 years, hospital has completed the construction of HIS, LIS, RIS, PACS, connected the military long- range medical information net and 310 net, built up digital study center, obtained marked benefit in the work of medical service and management, and promoted the service quality of the hospital. Practice has proved that the informatization construction is the "joystick project" of hospital, so it should be put in the level of whole construction of hospital to develop, be impelled steadily following the step of military informatization construction, be developed with less cost and more benefit, perfect and deepen the application scope and ability of the software continuously.
