摘要
本文结合实际情况,在对校外训教学管理连续3年问卷调查基础上,进行数据统计,分析了其中存在的问题。并结合相关调查结果和理论方法,构建了军医大学外训教学管理机制模型。同时,对机制运行做了详细的量化规定。本研究对军队院校的外训教学管理具有推广和借鉴意义。
On the basis of continuous three years questionnaire survey, the paper analyzes the data of questionnaire and the existent problems. Combining the related results with some theories and methods, it establishes the management mechanism model of overseas education in the military medical university. At the same time, it regulates the mechanism in quantity. The results of this research will do some instructing and demonstrating functions to the other military academies to manage overseas education.
