高校学习贯彻中共十六届五中全会精神,就是要以“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指导,解决一些事关高校全面协调可持续发展的重大问题:提高党在高校的执政能力;实现高校发展的新跨越;推进大学制度改革创新;创建和谐大学;加强高校思想政治工作。

To study and carry out the spirit of the Fifth Session of the Sixteenth Congress of CPC is to solve some important problems concerning harmonized, overall and sustainable development of colleges and universities under the guidance of the important thought of ＂the Three Representatives＂ and the concept of scientific development： increasing the party＇s ruling ability in colleges and universities, taking a new leap in the development of colleges and universities, pushing forward the reform and innovation in the university system, creating harmonized universities, and strengthening work of political thought in universities.
