补肾方治疗化疗后长期白细胞和免疫功能低下的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Bushenfang in Improving Chronicle Side Effect of Chemotherapy in Bone Marrow Low White Blood Cell and Immune Function

目的:观察补肾方对于化疗引起的白细胞和免疫功能下降患者的治疗效果。方法:40例化疗后慢性骨髓抑制患者随机分为中药治疗组和对照组,4周后观察血常规、免疫功能以及临床症状。结果:中药治疗组和对照组比较在临床症状改善方面腰膝酸软、头晕耳鸣有显著性差异(P<0.01);在改善五心烦热症状方面,有较显著性差异(P<0.05);在治疗耳聋、盗汗、大便闭结等症状方面,治疗组较优于对照组(P<0.05)。中药治疗组和对照组比较能提高外周血中白细胞计数P<0.05。在免疫功能方面治疗组与对照组比较,补肾方能提高自然杀伤细胞(NK)方面P<0.05;在改善CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8方面,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:补肾方能在一定程度上提高外周血中白细胞和免疫功能,并能改善临床症状。

Objective：To explore the bushenfang＇s treatment result in alleviating the chronicle side effect of chemotherapy in bone marrow, low white blood cell and immune function. Method：Clinical experiment ：40 patients with low white blood cell, received chemotherapy before, were randomly divided into treatment group taking Bushenfang and control group eating Batilol tablets for 4 weeks. The white blood cell, granulocytic, cell immune function, KPS and clinical symptoms before and after treatment were observed. Results：There were differences in the Lassitude in lion and legs ,tinnitus and dizzy （P 〈 0.01 ） and dysphoria with feverish sensation in chest, palms and soles（ P 〈 0.05） between treatment group and control group. But Karnofsky marks show no difference. In the 4th week ,the peripheral white blood cell of treatment group was higher than control group, the difference between treatment group and control group （ P 〈 0. 05） and granulocytic account also revealed difference（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The cell immune function points out difference in NK cell （ P 〈 0. 05） between treatment group and control group. Conclusion ： Bushenfang alleviated side effect of chemotherapy in bone marrow, impro- ving leukemiamice mylosuppresion and immune function arid also helped stem cell recover chronicle bone marrow suppression. It was also good to chronicle mylosuppresion.
