高效液相色谱法测定伤痛舒片中柚皮苷的含量

Determination of Naringin in Shang Tong Shu Tablet by HPLC

目的：建立测定伤痛舒片中柚皮苷的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法：伤痛舒片的测定以DianmaondODS C18（4．6mm×200mm，5μm）为固定相，以甲醇-乙腈—2％磷酸（8：15：80）为流动相，UV检测波长为283nm。结果：柚皮苷在0．1374-0．6g 70μg范围内线性关系良好，回归方程为y=91482．37x-3501.54，r=0．9998。平均回收率为97．94％，RSD为1．6358％。结论：高效液相色谱法测定伤痛舒片中柚皮苷的含量方便、快捷、准确，可用于伤痛舒片的质量控制。

Objective ： To establish HPLC method for determination of naringin in Shang Tong Shu Tablet. Methods： Naringin was separated on Diammoncl ODS C 18 （4.6mm× 200mm,5 μm）column and detected at 283nm, with methanol- water- 2% phospboric acid as mobile phase. Results：There was good linearity from 0. 1374 × 0. 6870p, g（ y =91482.37x - 3501.54 r = 0. 9998 ） in seParation of naringin. The average recovery was 97.94% with RSD of 1. 6358%. Conclusion ：This method is simple, rapid and accurate. This study provides the reference to establish quality standard for Shang Tong Shu Tablets.
