摘要
对9个籼型不育系进行了越冬繁种的研究,结果表明:在趁冬存活方面以晚季禾桩越冬存活率最高,播种越冬其次,早季禾桩越冬最低。赵冬存活率除与不育系的耐寒性有关外,还与越冬前植株的结实率呈极显著负相关,原地不移栽禾桩的越冬存活率明显高于移栽的。在繁种效果方面,越冬繁种比早晚季繁种效果都好,晚季繁种又比早季好。这主要与繁种时植株敏感期所处的光温条件及不育系的光温类型有关。
Nine indica photo-and thermo-sensitive genic male
sterile (PTGMS) lines were studied ontheir characteristics in the multiplication by living through
the winter. The resuIts showed that late seasonstubbles were higher than newly-grown
seedlings in the rate of living through the winter,and early seasonstubbles lowest. The rate of
living through the winter was significantly and negatively correlated with theseed set rate of
last cropping season. In addition, it was associated with the cold tolerance of sterile lines.The
rate of living through the winter for untransplanted stubbles was higher than that for
transplanted stub-bles. In the aspect of multiplying effect,the multiplication by living through
the winter was most effective,and late season multipl ication more effective than early season
multiplication. This was mainly related tophoto-and thermo-conditions of sensitive stage and
photo-and thermo-types of male sterile lines.
