两用核不育系培矮64S制种时“九二0”的喷施技术初探 被引量:9

摘要 根据多项试验,着重从株高、节间比值、包颓长、柱头外露率、结实率、未包穗率,齐穗天数等方面分析,表明培矮64S在制种中喷施“九二0”以穗10%时为最佳时期,每公顷共喷施450g,分两次喷,先重后轻为好,其穗层结构最有利于异交结实。 The experiment of different treatments on GA3 spraying time,dosage and method in the hy-brid seed production of Pei’ai 64S was conducted.On the basis of the performance in the characters of plantheight, panicle enclosure length,stigma exsertion rate,outcrossing rate,unenclosed panicle rate and daysfrom initiaI to full heading stage,it showed that the suitable stage for spraying GA3 in the hybrid seed pro-duction of Pei’ai 64S was at 10%of panicles headed, the optimal dosage was 450 g/hm2 with two split spray-ings,the first spraying of 300 g/hm2 at heading of 10%panicles and the second one of 150 g/hm2 on the fol-lowing day.
