企业安全伦理是企业伦理的重要组成部分。企业安全伦理的缺失,严重损害了企业的道德人格形象。加强企业安全伦理建设,可从确立“安全为天”珍惜生命的安全伦理理念、树立企业大安全伦理共同体意识、建立他律与自律相结合的伦理制度内化模式、提升主体的道德境界等方面入手。

The enterprise security ethics is an important constituent of the enterprise ethics. The flaw of the enterprise security ethics has seriously done harm to the moral image of the enterprise. In order to strengthen the enterprise security ethics, we should establish the security ethics concept of ＂The security is prime＂ to cherish the life of everybody. In addition, we should set up the common sense of the enterprise security ethics, establish the internal ethics system which combines others＇ restraint with self-restraint and promote human being＇s moral standard.
