摘要
叶片蛋白质双相电泳研究表明,100 mg/L ABA或渗透胁迫能诱导抗旱性强的冬小麦太原633产生17.5~20 kD、PI4.7~5.5的一些新蛋白,抗旱性弱的C609在100mg/LABA处理时可诱导产生15~17.5kD、PI5.2~5.7的几个新蛋白和一个26kD、PI5.8的新蛋白,而在渗透胁迫下仅产生 26kD新蛋白.当100mg/LABA和渗透胁迫共同作用时,原来两者诱导的新蛋白数目和强度都不同程度地有所减弱或消失,表现为渗透胁迫的危害得到一定的缓解.
Studies of proteins in leaves by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis show that a group of new proteins with 17. 5~20 kD and pi values of 4.7~5.5 can be induced with treat-ments of 100 mg/L ABA or PEG osmotic stress in drought-resistant winter wheat Taiyuan 633, and several new proteins with 15~17. 5 kD and pI values of 5.2~5.7,a26 kD protein with pi value of 5. 8 can be induced with treatment of 100 mg/L ABA in drought-sensitive winter wheat C609, but only a 26 kD protein under osmotic stress, when 100 mg/L ABA and osmotic stress are used at the same time, the number and intensity of new proteins induced by osmotic stress and 100 mg/L ABA are reduced or disappeared to different extent, whereas, some of the main proteins which are declined or disappeared in both of osmotic stress or ABA treatment alone are recovered.
