摘要
比较了两个水稻品种对除草剂百草枯及某些环境因子的响应,发现抗百草枯品种Lemont较敏感品种桂朝2号对强光造成的光抑制、低温与脱水诱导的光氧化均具较强的抗性.同一品种的衰老叶较功能叶对百草枯敏感,对上述逆境因子的抵抗力也较弱.Lemont较桂朝2号、功能叶较衰老叶均具较高的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性.因此SOD在水稻对逆境胁迫的交叉抗性中起重要作用,其活性可能作为水稻的综合抗逆性筛选指标.
The comparative studies between two rice cultivars, Lemont and Guichao No. 2, were made on cross resistance to paraquat and some environmental stresses. The levels of su-peroxide dismutase(SOD) in Lemont were found to be statistically higher than that in Guichao No. 2. Evaluation of paraquat resistance measuring the loss of chlorophyll and the increase in electrolytic leaekage during the treatment showed the higher resistance of Lemont than Guichao No. 2 to paraquat. A positive correlation between SOD activity and paraquat resistance was also observed in leaves of different ages. Furthermore, the cultivar Lemont also showed higher resistance to photoinhibition and photooxidation induced by low temperature and desiccation than Guichao No. 2. These results suggest that paraquat resistance may be related to environmental stresses and that radical scavanging system, specially SOD, the key enzyme in this system, may play an important role in cross resistance to paraquat and environmental stresses in rice plants.
