摘要
针对中国地质大学(北京)“特色加精品”的办学理念,本文探索性地指出了非地学类特色人才模式的构成要素包括多元的知识结构、扎实的实践能力和健全的人格品质三个方面,并提出了品德教育为先、优化课程体系和完善教学方法等途径来培养非地学类的特色人才。
According to the training thought of characteristic plus top, a characteristic training model on non-geosciences talented persons is pointed out, including poly-knowledge structure, strong practical ability and complete personality. After that, the training ways are put forward, such as preferential moral education, optimized curricular system and perfect teaching method.
