Discussion on the Quality of Internet of the Modern Undetergraduate

本文针对当代大学生上网存在的主要问题,从网络自身的特点分析了其对大学生产生的影响,重点分析了当代大学生的网络政治素质、网络伦理道德素质,网络信息素质和网络心理素质,以及提高这些素质的主要途径。

This paper focuses on the major problems of the undetergraduates on the Internet and explores the impact of Internet on them from its characteristics. Special attention is drawn on the political, moral, psychological and information-access qualities needed for these students to use the Internet, as well as the major approaches on how to improve these qualities.
