摘要
本研究以天府肉鸭GM、GLL、樱桃谷肉鸭CV和狄高肉鸭TC四个商品代肉鸭作材料,分析了肉鸭皮脂、腹脂与屠宰性状的遗传变异.结果表明,在7周龄时,四个组的皮脂重、皮脂率分别为:585.0克、27.01%,553.4克、29.26%,598.0克、28.41%和652.0克、31.89%。皮脂率的变异系数分别为11.33%、6.94%、10.63%和11.60%。母鸭的皮脂率、腹胀率高于公鸭。
Genetic variations of suhcutaneous fat plus skin (SFPS) , abdominalfat (AF) and dressed characters were studied with four commercial meat duckstrains-Tianfu GM, GL, Cterry Vally (CV) and Tegal (TC). The results showed thatat 7 weeks of age, SFPS weight, the perceutage of SFPS of four gronps were 585g,27. 01%, 553. 4g, 29. 26%, 598g, 28. 41%and 652g, 31. 89%. Coefficient of variationof the percentage of SFPS was 11. 33%, 6. 94%, 10. 63%. and 1. 60%. The percentage ofSFPS, AF of females were more than males.
