摘要
本试验用川南常羽乌骨鸡与白肤蛋鸡和黄肤肉鸡的杂交来研究肤色间的遗传关系及其杂交效果.研究结果表明,乌肤公鸡与残肤母鸡的杂交后代可表现出较高的乌肤比例;杂交后代的产蛋性能和蛋白质比纯繁乌骨鸡有显著提高,而体重提高不大.川南常羽乌骨鸡利用适当的杂交进行配套生产,对保持乌骨鸡乌色住状和较快提高生产性能是可行的.
This paper deals with the crosshreeding effects and the geneticrelationships of skin colours of the norm-feather dark-bone chicken in southernSichuan, whch was crossed with the white skin layer and yellow skin tablepoultry. The results show that the perccntage of dark-skin is higher among theoffsprings from the male dark skin chicken and the female light skin chicken,Compared with the pure-breeding dark-bone chicken, the laying performances andprotein quality of the crossbreds have been improved significantly, but theirbody weight has not. It is practical to keep the dark-colour trait of the dark-bone chicken and increase its performances guickly by proper crossbreeding andfeeding in a complete set.
