摘要
在确保机组安全运行的前提下,使机组保持在最佳运行工况,从而最大限度地降低供电煤耗是市场经济对发电企业提出的现实要求。运行方式的选择是关系到机组安全经济运行的重要课题之一。目前,关于采用何种运行方式更有益于机组的经济运行,存在很多争议。该文在就此问题进行深入研究的基础上,提出了最优运行初压的概念,并利用系统分析方法,建立了在线确定单元机组最优运行初压的数学模型。以某电厂N600-16.7/537/537-Ⅰ型汽轮机的运行数据进行计算,确定了可行压力区间,通过穷举法寻优得到最优初压,并分析了厂家提供的滑压运行曲线的局限性。为火电机组的优化运行提出了一种新思路。
Under premise of guaranteeing the unit operating safely, make the unit maintaining at optimal operating mode, thus maximumly reduces the coal consumption is the pracitical request of market economy to the electricity generation enterprises. The choice operating mode is a important topic relates to the security and economic performance of unit. At present,there are still many arguments about which operating mode is more beneficial to the unit's. The concept of optimal initial steam pressure is put forward under thorough research on this question in this article.Furthermore, the mathematical model is built for selecting the optimal initial pressure of the coal-fired power unit, with the method of systemic analysis for the first time. Through quantitative calculations of N600-16.7/537/537- Ⅰ unit of a certain thermal power plant, the optimal initial pressure is obtained by method of exhaustion. It is the foundation of the optimal control in the whole power plant. The limitation of optimal operation curve provided by manufactory is also analyzed in this paper.Which proposed a new mathod to optimize operation of the thermal power unit.
