摘要
本文报道了鸭瘟鸭病毒性肝炎二联弱毒疫苗免疫不同品种成年鸭后,其血清中抗鸭瘟病毒(DPV)和鸭肝炎病毒(DHV)的ELISA抗体消长规律,从而为临床上合理地应用二联苗提供理论依据.试验结果表明,二联苗免疫鸭后抗体的消长与鸭的免疫力密切相关。并可以通过检测二联苗免疫鸭后的血清中抗DHV和DPV的ELISA抗体滴度来确定种鸭是否要进行加强免疫。当二联苗免疫鸭后血清中抗DHV的ELISA抗体滴度在1:512以下时或抗DPV的ELISA抗体商度在1:64以下时,需要进行DVH或DP的免疫.
This paper diseusses the rule of the rise and fall of ELISAantibodies against Duck Heptat is Virus (DHV) and Duck Plague Virus (DPV) in duck-serum after being immunized by the vaccines. The reults indicated that. The ruleof the rise and fall of ELISA antibodies against DHV and DPV in duckserum has aclose relation whith the dueks immunity. Time of re-vaccining could be assuredby test ing the titers of the ELISA-antibody agaiust DHV and DPV in the ducksserum when ducks were vaccined by the first time When the titers of ELISA-antibody against DHV were below 1: 512 or the titers of ELISA-antibody againstDPV were below 1: 64, the ducks sbould be re-vaccined with DVH vaccines or DPvaccines or with the yaccines.
