复合纳米净水材料的制备与表征

摘要 以电爆炸制得的纳米铝粉为原料,利用超声沉淀法来制备复合纳米粒子,将制备好的复合纳米粒子固定在玻璃纤维上,以活性炭纤维为衬底通过一定工艺即可制得复合纳米净水材料。利用XRD、SEM、TEM及氮吸附等多种测试手段对所制得的复合纳米净水材料进行表征。实验结果表明,复合纳米净水材料能够较好地去除水溶液中低浓度的重金属、有机物和细菌。 Take Al nano powders prepared by electro-explode method as the raw material, use supersonic precipitation method to prepare the compound nanometer particles, fix the particles on the glass fiber, take the active carbon fiber as the substrate, then make the composite nano-water-purifying material through a certain craft. XRD, SEM, TEM and the nitrogen adsorption tests are used to characterize the composite nano-water-purifying material. The result indicates that the composite nano-water-purifying material could remove heavy metals, organisms and the baeteriums on a low concentration from aqueous solution.
