摘要
分别以25,12,5μg·mL-1的多效唑进行保护性施药即可对条锈病和白粉病达到100%的防效。200μg·mL-1的治疗性施药可铲除寄主体内的条锈菌菌体,并使已形成的孢子堆枯死。25μg·mL-1的治疗性施药可铲除白粉病寄主体内茵体和使体表的菌落崩解。0.05%和0.1%的拌种量防治条锈病和白粉病的持效期分别为50d以上和27d以上,但拌种用量不可超过0.1%以免引起药害。本试验结果表明,多效唑可作为防治小麦条锈病和白粉病的高效药剂,可与其他药剂交替使用。
Protective application with 25 μg·mL-1 and l2.5 μg·mL-1 of paclobutrazol may completely control the inflections caused by Puccinia striiformis and Ergsiphe graminis.Curative application with 200 μg·mL-1 and 25 μg·mL-1 may eradicate the inside pathogen and uredium formed with Puccinia striiformis,and the inside and outside pathogen formed with Ergsiphe graminis in wheat leaves infected respectively. The durations of effectiveness of seeds treated with 0.05%and 0.1%were over 50 days to the former and over 27 days to the latter. The amount for seed dressing should be kept lower than 0.1%for the prevention of fungicide inhitor. The paclobutrazol was regardedas the highly effective fungicide and could be used alternatively with the other fungicides for the stripe rust and the powery mildew control.
