安哥拉山羊胚胎徒手分割和移植试验

The Study on Free-splitting and Transfer of Embryos in Angora Goats

生产条件下，徒手二分割安哥拉山羊晚期桑椹胚和囊胚。用手术方法将裸半胚移植于受体羊子宫角。产羔受体率为２９．４％（１０／３４），共产羔１１只，其中１对为同卵双生，半胚成羔率为２０．Ｏ％（１１／５５）。早期囊胚、囊胚和扩张囊胚的半胚，移植后半胚成羔率分别为２８．６％（２／７）、３３．３％（７／２１）和９．５％（２／２１）。于受体羊黄体侧子宫角移植２枚半胚或两侧各移植１枚半胚时，半胚成羔率分别为３３．３％（８／２４）和１６．７％（３／１８）。

Free-splitting of morulae and blastocysts of Angora goats was conducted under farm conditions. Demi-embryos without zonae were transferred surgically into recipients. The recipient ratio of kidding was 29．4％（10／34），ll demi－embryo kids were born，of those 2 were monozygotic twins. The rates of demi-embryos developing into kids in vivo were 20．o％（11／55）.The developing rates of demi-embryos from early blastocysts，blastocysts to expanding blastocysts were 28．6％（2／7）,33．3％（7／2l)and 9．5％（2／21）,respectively，The developing rates of demi-embryos of transferring 2 demi-em-bryos into the uterine horn ipsilateral to the corpus ltiteum，or 2 into both uterine horns were 33．3％（8／24）and l6．7％（3／18）.
