氦氧混合气为驱动气源行雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察

摘要 [目的]观察以氦氧混合气为驱动气源雾化吸入β2-受体激动剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。[方法]选择24例轻度、中度支气管哮喘、8例重症支气管哮喘病人,观察以氦氧混合气为驱动气源和以压缩空气为驱动气源雾化吸入备劳特前后肺功能和血气变化。[结果]轻度、中度支气管哮喘病人采用两种雾化吸入后主要肺功能指标无统计学意义;重症哮喘病人以氦氧混合气为驱动气源行雾化吸入效果较好。[结论]氦氧混合气雾化吸入β2-受体激动剂在治疗重症支气管哮喘方面优于传统方法。 To observe the clinical effect of helium oxygen mixture as driving air for nebulization of β2- receptor excitomotor in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods : A total of 24 cases of bronchial asthma patients in mild to moderate degrees and 8 cases in severe degree were enrolled and divided randomly into test and control groups who were nebulized Berotec driven by helium - oxygen mixture and compressed air respectively. Both lung function indexes and blood gas analysis changes of all cases before and after nebulizations were detccted. Resuits: There was no statistical difference in terms of major lung function indexes of the 24 cases in mild to moderate degrees of asthma patients between before and after the nebulization. However, atomization inhalation Berotec driven by heliumoxygen mixture for 8 cases of severe asthma patients had better therapeutic effect. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional way of nebulization, the way used helium oxygen mixture as driving air for β2 receptor excitomotor nebulization in bronchial asthma patients is better.
