摘要
以寒丰A等3个粳型不育系和湘晴等3个粳型恢复系进行不完全双列杂交,采用禾谷类作物种子数量性状遗传模型,对粳型杂交稻米质性状进行了遗传效应分析.结果表明,精米率和整精米率主要受种子直接效应的控制.遗传效应预测表明选用湘晴为恢复系可以极显著降低直链淀粉含量,降低胶稠度,显著降低精米率和整精米率;选用T1027可以显著增加直链淀粉含量,增加胶稠度,降低糙米率。
incomplete diallel crosses were made between 3 japonica type sterile lines and 3 japonl'ca restoring lines. With a genetic model for quantitative traits of cereal seed,genetic effects on grain quality characters in japonica hybrid rice were analyzed. The results showed that total milled rice rate and head milled rice rate were controlled mainly by direct effect of seed. The forecasting of genetic effects demonstrated that variety Xia 'g(li ng may significantlydecrease amylose content, decrease gcf consistency and significantly reduce total milled rice rate and head milled rice rate .and. variety T 1027 may significantly increase amylose content.improve gel consistency and reduce brown rice rate.
