纽带科（Hoplolaimidae）两线虫的鉴定

IDENTIFICATION OF TWO Hoplolaimidae SPECIES

鉴定了两种纽带科（Ｈｏｐｌｏｌａｉｍｉｄａｅ）线虫：松拟盘旋线虫［（Ｐａｒａｒｏｔｙｌｅｎｃｈｕｓｐｉｎｉ）（Ｍａｍｉｙａ，１９６８；ＢａｌｄｗｉｎａｎｄＢｅｌｌ，１９８１）］及双宫螺旋线虫［（Ｈｅｌｉｃｏｔｌｅｎｃｈｕｓｄｉｈｙｓｔｅｒａ）（Ｃｏｂｂ，１８９３；Ｓｈｅｒ，１９６１）］。松拟盘旋线虫为我国新记录种，分离自上海植物园细辛（ＡｓａｒｕｍｓｉｅｂｏｌｄｉｉＭａｑ．）根围。双宫螺旋线虫为上海常见的螺旋线虫之一．根据观察认为双宫螺旋线虫的形态与具膜螺旋线虫［（Ｈ．ｍｅｍｂｒａｎａｔｕｓ）（ＸｉｅａｎｄＦｅｎｇ．１９９３）］一致，故提出具膜螺旋线虫为双宫螺旋线虫的同物异名。

Pararotylenchus pini (Mamiya, 1968; Baldwin and Bell, 1981) and Helicotylenchus dihystera (Cobb, 1893; Sher, 1961 ) isolated in Shanghai are described and illustrated. P. pini collected from the soils around the Asarum sieboldii Maq. in Shanghai Plant Garden is similar to Mamiya'S description except the morpholgy of lip region, stylet knobs and the numbers of tail annulli' P. pini is a new record species in China. H. dihystera is one of common species in Shanghai,which was collected from the soil around pot landscape plants. H. membranatus (Xie and Feng, 1993) which was described as a species with valvula membrane is now considered as a synonym of H. dihysiera because of their similar morphology.
