利用完全对角化方法，为晶体中４Ａ２态离子ｇ因子的计算提供了一条有效的途径。作为应用，对红宝石激光晶体Ｃｒ３＋：Ａｌ２Ｏ３进行了研究。

In terms of the method of diagonalization.an accurate calculation method of the g-factor is priovided for 4A2 state ions in the crystal. and applied to study the Cr3+:Al2O3 Crystals.
