麝香保心丸的作用机制研究进展与临床评价

Research Progress and Clinical Evaluation of Mechanism of Action of Heart Protecting Musk Pills

目的:为麝香保心丸在临床应用提供建议和依据。方法:从近年的研究进展和临床经验对麝香保心丸进行评价。结果与结论:麝香保心丸具有扩张冠状动脉、减少心梗面积、预防心室重构等作用,且不良反应轻微,进一步的结论有待长期、大样本、多中心、随机、双盲的临床研究来验证。

OBJECTIVE： To provide some suggestions and the basis for heart protecting musk pils（HPM） in clinical application. METHODS： To evaluate mechanism of action of heart protecting musk pills by recent research progress and clinical experiences. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Heart protecting musk pills can distend coronary artery, diminish the area of cardiac infarction and prevent from ventricular reconstitution with slight adverse reactions. Further conclusion will be waiting for long - term, large smple, muhicentre and random double - blind clinical research to prove.
