摘要
目的:介绍他汀类药物的非降脂作用的应用进展,以期为临床合理应用提供参考。方法:查阅国内外近期相关文献,对他汀类药物除降脂之外的作用机理及相关进展作一评价。结果及结论:他汀类药物还具有治疗心血管疾病、骨质疏松,抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、免疫抑制,预防老年性痴呆症、糖尿病肾病、缺血性中风,降低糖尿病风险,应用于心血管外科、作用于顽固性类风湿性关节炎、辅助治疗多发性硬化等多方面的作用,是一种应用前景广阔的药物。
OBJECTIVE： To introduced applicational progress in the effect of non - descendens blood fat of statins, in order to provide some information for rational use in the clinic. METHODS： By reviewing recent pertinent literatures at home and abroad, to evaluate the mechanism of action of other effects of statins except for that of deseendens blood fat and their progress. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Statins can also treat cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, anti- inflammation, anti -tumor, anti- virus, immune suppression, prevent senile dementia, diabetic nephropathy, isehemie stroke and decrease diabetic risk. statins have already been used in cardiovascular surgery, refractory rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis, they are the drugs with wide applieational prospect.
