抗心绞痛中成药用药分析

Analysis of the Use of Ready-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Used in Angina Pectoris

目的：了解我院口服抗心绞痛中成药的应用情况，为合理用药提供科学依据。方法：对我院2002年～2004年口服抗心绞痛中成药的年销售金额和用量进行统计，采用DDDs分析方法和药物经济学方法对年销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日用药金额进行统计分析。结果：2002年～2004年我院口服抗心绞痛中成药的年销售金额呈下降趋势，DDDs呈先下降后上升的趋势。结论：我院口服抗心绞痛中成药的应用基本合理，疗效确切、价廉的口服抗心绞痛中成药在临床中占优势。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the condition of the use of Chinese patent medicince by mouth for treating angina pectoris in our hospital, in order to provide some scientific basis for rational use of the drugs. METHODS ： To add up annual marketing amount of money and the quantities of Chineses patent medicine by mouth for angina pectoris in our hospital during the period 2002 - 2004. By using DDDs and pharmacoeconomics, annual marketing amount of money, DDDs and daily consumptive amount of money of the drugs were made a statistical analysis. RESULTS ： Annual marketing amount of money of Chinese patent medicine by mouth for treating angina pectoris showed a decreased trend, but DDDs showed firstly decreased and then increased in our hospital during the period 2002 - 2004. CONCLUTION： The use of Chinese patent medicine by mouth for treating angina pectoris in our hospital is basically rational. It has confirmative efficiency and the cost is cheap, so Chinese patent medicine by mouth for treating angina pectoris has lain in predominance in the clinic.
