摘要
介绍了90m2烧结机通过采取强化烧结,推行厚料层烧结技术,优化工艺参数,实行标准化操作等措施,提高烧结矿转鼓强度11.01%,槽下含粉下降2.06%,5 mm-10 mm粒级降低11.04%,烧结固体燃耗降低15.5 kg/t矿,取得了较好效果,经济效益显著。
Through using strengther sintering method fhick charge bank sintering fechincs, advancing the ffechnological parameters and putting the standard operation in practice on the 90 sintering machine,the sinter drum strength is improved by 11.01%, the fineore containing ratio under the chute is reduced by 2.06% ,the grains ranged 5 - 10mm is reduced by 11.04% ,15.5kg solid fuel per fon of sinter is saved. The effects and the economic benefits are apparent.
