Sports Education Should Focus on Health Education

随着现代教育的飞速发展,“应试教育”的弊端已为社会所深刻认识,加强健康教育成为教育领域的共识。学校教育作为健康教育的重要内容和手段,对学生其它素质的提高具有重要的作用。着眼于21世纪具有发展的需要,学校体育要树立健康第一的指导思想,切实加强体育工作,使学生掌握基本的方法,养成坚持锻炼身体的良好习惯已是势在必行。

As modem education is developing at express speed, the disadvantages of ＂traditional education model＂ are deeply understood by society, strengthen health education becomes common understanding of education domain field, school education as important contents and ways of health education, it can improve students qualities, because of the need of 21 century development, so school sports in need set guiding ideology of health first, strengthen sports in real earnest, make students master basic ways, cultivate good habits of keeping on exercises must be enforced.
