摘要
Pd(Ⅳ)与结晶紫在亚硝基R盐的存在下可发生氧化还原褪色反应,最大吸收峰位于波长590nm处。钯浓度在 0.2mg/L-2.0mg/L范围内服从比尔定律,回归方程:ΔA=0.402C-0.0012(C为mg/LPd(Ⅳ)),r=0.9990,标准偏差S=1.5%。
In the presence of Nitroso-Rsalt, Palladium (Ⅳ) would react with Crystal Violet with Oxidation-Reduction fading colour reaction. The apparent absorptivity was found at 590 nm. In the range of 0.2 to 2.0 mg/L, Palladium ( Ⅳ ) obeyed Beer's law. The linear regression equation was △A=0.402C -0.0012(Where C is mg/L of Palladium (Ⅳ) ), r=0.9990. The RSD for the determination of 1.0 mg/L of Palladium (Ⅳ) was 1.5% (n=8). The detection limits of method was 0.112mg/L.
