摘要
根据黄河兰州段藻类群落构成特点、优势种群、污生指数和藻类的污染指数等指标评价了黄河兰州段的水质,各样点污染顺序是:库心<小川<新城桥<湟水桥<中山桥和包兰桥;污染等级为α-寡污型、β-中污型和α-ps-多污型。这一评价结果与理化分析,底栖无脊椎动物和原生动物的评价结果基本一致。表明藻类可作为宏观评价黄河水体环境质量的指示生物。
The water quality of Lanzhou reaches of the Huanghe River was assessed on the basis of the types of Algae,dominant populations,seprobic indexes,Algae index of pollution and other indexes.The pollution degrees of Lanzhou reaches are:the center of Liujiaxia Reservoir(βos)<Xi aochuan (βm)<Xingchen Bridge(αm-ps)<Huangshui Bridge(αm )<Zhengshan Bridge and Baolan Bridge(αm-ps),which are the same as those obtained from physicochemical analysis,benthic macroinvertebrate, Protozoa and Colic bacillus.Thus,Algae can be used as indicator organisms for assessing water pollution of the Huanghe River.
