摘要
根据氨基酸的电离平衡 ,讨论了碱性和酸性氨基酸的等电点与 pKa的关系 。
Based on the ionized equilibrium of amino acids, the relationship between isoelectric point and pKa values of the acidic and basic amino acid is discussed. And a calculating formula of isoelectric point of amino acids is concluded.
