HPLC法测定V_c银翘片中维生素C和对乙酰氨基酚的含量

Determination of Paracetamol and Vitamin C in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱法同法测定Vc银翘片中维生素C和对乙酰氨基酚的含量。方法：采用C_(18)柱,以乙腈- 0.05mol/LKH_2PO_4溶液-三乙胺-H_3PO_4(10∶90∶0.02∶0.03)为流动相,检测波长249nm。结果：维生素C的浓度在10～160μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,对乙酰氨基酚的浓度在20～320μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997。平均回收率：维生素C 98.6%,RSD=1.2%(n=5)；对乙酰氨基酚99.7%,RSD%=0.8%(n=5)。结论：本方法测定Vc银翘片中维生素C和对乙酰氨基酚的含量准确,方便快捷,且分离效果好。

Objective ：An HPLC method was established for the determination of Paracetamol and Vitamin C in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets. Method：Yinqiao Tablets were separated on a C18 column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05mol/L potassium phosphate monobasic-triethylamine-phosphoric acid（10 ： 90 ： 0. 02 ： 0.03）and detected at 249nm. Results ： The standard curve of Vitamin C in the range of 10～160μg/ml was good and the correlation coefficient was 0. 9999;the standard curve of paracetamol in the range of 20～ 320μg/ml was good and the correlation coefficient was 0. 9997. The average recovery of the Vitamin C was 98.6%（RSD=1. 2% n=5）and Paracetamol was 99.7%（RSD=0. 8% n=5）. Conclusion：The method was used to separate and determie Vintamin C and Paracetamol in Vitamin C Yinqiao Tablets which is simple,rapid and accurate.
