摘要
目的：提高胃康灵胶囊的质量标准。方法：采用TLC法对制剂中的白芍、延胡索进行了鉴别；采用HPLC法测定制剂中的芍药苷含量。结果：定性定量方法简便,准确,专属性强,重现性好。结论：提高后的质量标准可更有效的控制该产品的质量。
Objective：To improve the quality standards for Weikangling Capsules. Methods：Radix Paeoniae and Rhizoma Corydalis were identified by TLC. The content of Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Results：The identification and assay methods were simple ,accurate ,exclusive ,and with good reproducibility. Conclusion ：The improved quality standards can control the qulity of this product effectively.
