润滑油溶剂精制过程中有机酸分布的研究

摘要 用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用的方法对润滑油溶剂精制过程中回收循环溶剂N-甲基砒咯烷酮(NMP)中残留的有机酸甲酯化物和直接从原油中分离出的有机酸的甲酯化物进行了研究;前者色谱分离出了26个甲酯峰,GC/MS确定了其中的17个主要成份,占有机酸甲酯总量的90.81%;后者色谱分离出了29个甲酯峰,GC/MS确定了其中的20个主要成份,占有机酸甲酯总量的92.11%,对前者色谱还分离出一个二重峰,占整个样品总量的96.53%,GC/MS确定为4-甲氨基了酸和NMP.在两个样品中有机酸的成份大不相同,前者主要含4-甲氨基丁酸和一些低碳数直链脂肪酸,而后者主要含高碳数直链脂肪酸. Research have been done on the residual organic acid in the recovered circulating solvent N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) of lube solvent refining and methyl esters of organic acid separated directly from crude oil by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) The former has produced 26 methyl ester peaks by GC, and determined 17 main components of them by GC/MS, which make up 90.81% of the total amount of methyl ester of organic acid; the latter has given 29 methyl ester peaks by GC, and determined 20 main components of them by GC/MS, which make up 92.11% of the total methyl ester of organic acid. For the former, it has given a double peak by GC which makes up 96.53% of the total amount of the sample, it has been determined as 4-methyl aminobutyric acid and NMP by GC/MS. In the two samples,the component of organic acid varies greatly.The first one mainly contains 4-methyl aminobutyric acid and some straight chain fatty acid of low carbon, and the other, mainly the straight chain fatty acid of high carbon.
