On the role of governments in employment and reemployment

实施扩大就业战略是我国一项长期的国策,应该充分发挥政府在就业再就业中的促进作用。政府在就业再就业中的促进作用表现在五个方面:加快发展,积极拓展就业渠道,发挥政府的创造作用;制定各项就业再就业政策,发挥政府的导向作用;增大就业再就业财政资金,发挥政府的保障作用;加强就业培训,建立健全就业服务体系,发挥政府的服务作用;建立健全劳动力市场,提供良好的制度环境,发挥政府的监管作用。

Implementation of enlarging employment strategy is a long- term basic national strategy of China and the role of governments in employments should be given into full play. The promoting function of govemments in employment and reemployment is in five aspects such as accelerating development to enlarge employment channels and to reinforce govermmental creative function, making all kinds of employment policies to reinforce govemmental guiding function, increasing employment financial capital to reinforce governmental guarantee role, strengthening employment training to establish and consummate employment service system and govemmental service function, establishing and consummating labor force market to provide good system enviromment and to reinforce govemmental supervision role.
