摘要
中日两国文化既有相同的渊源,又有显著的差异;日本的企业文化以“和”为核心,中国的企业文化强调中庸之道;在中日经济合作中由于文化的差异会导致管理冲突,并对其生产经营产生影响;中日经济合作企业应加强跨国文化的交流和沟通,消除或减少因文化差异而导致的管理冲突所带来的负面影响。
Chinese and Japanese cultures have many similarities and remarkable discrepancies, The culture of Japanese enterprises reflects "harmoniousness", while that of Chinese enterprises emphasizes "the golden mean of the Confucian school". Therefore, the cultural conflicts often occur among the Sino- Japanese joint ventures, which in turn, lead to manaerial conflicts in the economic cooperation of the two countries. We should strengthen the cross- cultural communication in Sino- Japanese joint ventures, and diminish or eradicate the negative effects of the managerial conflicts due to the cultural differences.
