摘要
依据V(Ⅳ)-Cr(Ⅵ)反应对Cr(Ⅵ)-Ⅰ-氧化还原反应的诱导,以淀粉络合物为指示剂建立了一种测定微量钒的停流-诱导动力学光度法.线性范围为0~1.8mg/L,方法检测限为0.008mg/L.除Fe2+、Sb3+外,大部分共存离子不影响测定.测定了土样中钒含量,结果满意.
A stopped flow inductive kinetic spectrophotometric procedure is proposed for the determination of trace vanadium (Ⅳ) based on the inductive effect of it on the Cr(Ⅵ)-iodide redox reaction.The calibtation graph is linear for 0~1.8mg/L. Fe2+, Sb3+ interfere with the determination. The procedure is used for the determination of trace vanamum in soil,the recovery is 94.4%,and the relative standard deviation RSD<2.8%(n=6).
