摘要
研究了电镀单层超硬磨料蜗杆形砂轮的成形方法及其对磨粒等高性的影响,得到了镍结合剂单层超硬磨料砂轮磨损规律及磨削比并在此基础上探讨了此种砂轮在低速磨削状态了加工硬齿面的可行性,获得了效果。
A shaping method of monolayer super-hard abrasive worm grinding wheel and influence of the method on coulour line of abrasive panical,and the wearing character of the grinding wheel are studied.The practicability of grinding hard gear in low velocity with the grinding wheel is explored.
