摘要
经理论分析，在适当简化的基础上，采用数学、力学方法建立了对称Ｖ形槽直角切削的切削模型。在此基础上推导出了对称Ｖ形槽直角切削的切削力理论公式及切削方程式，并对切削力公式进行了实验验证，结果表明，当刀尖角较大时，理论预测值与实验值符合较好。
The cutting model for symmetrical Vee form groove orthogonal cutting is established on the basis of simplifcation with mathematics and mechanics by theoretical analses.The theoretical formulas of cutting force and the cutting formula are derived. Then the cutting force formula is verifed experimentally.The results show that the theoretical predictions agree well with the experimental results with large tool included angle.
