摘要
研究了一种高韧性耐磨钢ZG35CrMnNiMo,对其显微组织热处理工艺及合金元素的影响进行了理论和实验分析,从而选定了最佳方案。
A high-toughness and wear-resistent cast steel ZG35CrMnNiMo is studied in this paper.The relationships among microstructure,heat treatment and alloyed elements are analysed theoretically and experimentally.The best technique is also provided.The propoties of ZG35CrMnNiMo are HRC 50~55,αk≥70J/cm2. Under the same condition,the wear resistance of ZG35CrMnNiMo is 3~5 times as that of ZGMn13. It can replace ZGMn13 where there is no work-hardening but high toughness is desired.
