三峡水库移民安置区人口环境容量──以涪陵地区移民安置区为例

Environmental population capacity of the three gorge reservoir immigrant region -Fuling region as an example

以涪陵地区为例，提出了三峡工程建设中移民安置的设想与规划．根据三峡库区移民安置区的特点，在人口环境容量的计算和论证中提出了自然人口环境容量、社会经济人口环境容量及区域综合人口环境容量等概念，给出了相应的计算方法，并为移民安置区的发展提出发展战略建议．

Although with its giant benefit,the three gorge project have some serious influence to the threegorge reservoir area among which the migrants occured by reservoir submerging is the worst one.Tak ing Fuling region as an example,the paper gives the proposes and plan for immigrant region accordingto the practical condition of the region.In the processing of calculation and demostration of environmental population carring capacity,the paper invents Natural environmental population carring capacity,socioeconomic environmental population carring capacity and comprehensive environmental populationcarring capacity (CEPCC)ect.a series of new terms and computing methods respectively for firsttime.At last the paper lists some propose for the sustainable develope of immigrant region.
