实验性肺动脉高压及其治疗泡内动脉病变的图像形态定量分析

Image Morphological Quantitative Analysis of Pathological Changes of Intra-acinarArteries in Experimental Pulmonary Artery Hypertension and Outcomes of Treatment

应用图像分析仪测量了３５只实验性肺动脉高压及其经治疗的大鼠泡内动脉的管腔面积／管总面积（ＥＡ／ＴＡ）、管壁面积／管总面积（ＷＡ／ＴＡ）及管壁厚／管外径（ＷＤ／ＴＤ）３个相对比值。结果发现，高压组较对照组及中药单体治疗组大鼠ＥＡ／ＴＡ值均显著减少，而ＷＡ／ＴＡ及ＷＤ／ＴＤ值均显著增大。这对肺动脉高压及其经治疗的病理形态定量研究、诊断及推测疾病预后具有一定的实用意义。

The relative ratios of vessel lumen area/total area(EA/TA),vessel wall area /total area(MA/TA) and vessel wall thickness/vessel external diameter(WD/TD)of intra-acinar ar-teries were studied with image analysor in 35 rats of experimental pulmonary artery hyper-tension and outcomes of treatment.All the rats were divided into control group(R0), hy-pertension group(R1)and treated groups (R2),(R3) and(R4).The results showed rela-tive ratios of EA/TA decreased significantly in the palmonary artery hypertension group incomparison with the control and treated groups, while the values of WA/TA and WD/TDincreased significantly,The results may be valuable for morphological quantitative study,di-agnosis of pulmonary artery hypertension and prediction of the disease prognosis.
