摘要
对CLL(cannaughtlaboratorylimited)DNA的重要结构之一--右末端序列进行检测分析,发现CLL有一238bl1的末端倒置重复序列(invertedterminalrepeats,ITR)。在每一ITR中含有3个拷贝的40hp短重复序列,并认为40bP短重复序列可能是病毒DNA复制过程中病毒复制因子--核素因子1(nuclearfactor1,NF-1)结合位点,因而对病毒DNA复制是必需结构。本实验结果对构建CLL载体具有重要的指导意义。
Current studies show that adenoviruses are more advantageous as expressiOn vectorsthan other viruses. Canine adenovirus type l(CAV-1)vaccine strain,CLL(cannaught labora-tory limited),as vectors will play more important role for the prophylaxis of zoonosis thanhuman adenoviruses. Studies on molecular biology of CAV-1 or CLL are necessary for con-struction of vectors of CLL. In this paper,the right terminal of CLItDNA cleaved by Hind Ⅲwas sequenced.Authors found that it contained a 238 bp inverted terrninal repeats(ITR ).There are three copies of 40 bp short repeat sequences in the ITR. According to the DNAstructural model of human adenovirus type 2,the 40 bp short repeats are the sites that arecombined with nuclear factor l(NF-1)that is an initiation factor of DNA replication of virus,so they are essential structure of CLL DNA.
