摘要
运用电子显微镜观察甲硝唑对人精子超微结构的影响。结果显示:0.24 mol/L 甲硝唑在作用5分钟时,即能使人精子细胞膜和顶体外膜发生破损和丢失;精子尾部线粒体鞘紊乱及线粒体出现肿胀和空泡样变化;20分钟时,甲硝唑对精子的损伤作用更为明显。结果提示,甲硝唑能够损伤精子的结构,可作为一种体外杀精子剂的候选成分。
Effects of Metronidazolee on altrastructure of humen sperm were studied using elec- tron microscopy.The results showed that after 5 minutes 0.24 mol/L Metronidazolee could obvious- ly damage the structure of acrosome.Cell membrane and out-acrosome membrane of human sperm were destructed or lost.Metronidazolee could also affect mitochndria in middle piece of sperm,caus- ing obvious disorder in a rangement,swelling and vesicular degeneration,after 20 rain time.The re- sults indicate that metronidazolee can destruct the structure of human sperm and may become a candi- date of sperm killer in vagina.
