摘要
霍乱弧菌的主要致病因素是霍乱毒素(cholera toxin,CT)蛋白(CT 蛋白)。对未引起流行的46株 El Tot 霍乱弧菌进行 CT 基因测定,用 CT 基因1Kb 片断作探针,行分子杂交。原位杂交和Southernblot 实验结果相吻合:46株 El Tor 菌中,45株含有 CT 基因,其中单拷贝为44株,占98%,双拷贝为1株,占2%。这些发现表明:尚未引起流行的霍乱菌株,也含有 CT 基因,具有使人致病,引发流行的可能性。
The principal pathogenic factor in V.cholerae is cholera toxin(CT)protein.Using ac- comodating CT gene as probe,we determined the CT gene from non-epidemic 46 strains of El Tor v. cholerae.45 strains from 46 strains had CT gene.It is consistent with the results of hybridization in situ and Southern blot.44 of the 45 strains had single CT copy gene(98%),whereas only 1 strain had duble copies CT gene(2%).These findings indicate that non-epidemic strain of El Torv.cholerae also have CT gene,which is material base of CT protein,so the non-epidemic strain of El Tor v. cholerae may cause infection as well as epidemic El Tot v.cholerae.
