摘要
研究小白鼠同时口眼锌盐和镉盐后,锌和镉在小鼠肝金属硫蛋白(metallothionein,MT)合成中的相互影响。单独口服锌或镉,16小时后均能诱导小鼠肝 MT 的合成;同时口服锌和镉时,也能诱导小鼠肝 MT 的合成,而且 MT 水平比单独口眼镉时增加,肝锌水平也明显提高,同时肝MT 浓度和肝锌浓度之间存在明显的正相关。然而同时口服锌和镉所产生的肝 MT 的浓度低于单独口服锌和单独口服镉两者所产生的肝 MT 的总和。
The interaction of administered zinc salts(Zn)and cadmium salts(Cd)orally at the same time with regard to the synthesis of metallothionein(MT)in mice was investigated.A single oral administration of Zn(40,80,100 mg/kg)or Cd(8 mg/kg)resulted in induction of MT synthesis in while 16h,Zn(80 mg/kg)and Cd(8 mg/kg)orally given(Zn+Cd)could induce synthesis of hepat- ic MT,levelin Zn+Cd group higher than in Cd group.And the hepatic Zn level in also increased,and a significant positive correlation(P<0.01)was noted about hepatic Zn concentration and hepatic MT concentraction between Zn+Cd group and Cd group.However,in the Zn+Cd group,the resulting levels of MT was less then additive of Zn group and Cd group.
