现代物流的出现和蓬勃发展是传统运输和仓储业逐步进行自我调整以便融合到现代经济活动中的结果,物流中心是物流发展到成熟阶段的标志之一。物流中心的规划建设多依靠公路,依靠铁路的物流中心很少,基于我国国情考虑,进行基于铁路的物流中心规划和建设具有重要意义。

The rapid development of modern logistics is caused by the continuous self-adjustment of the traditional transport and warehouse industry. The aim is tO be ctosely immersed into the modem economic activities to expand their existing space. Modern logistics center is the mark according to which logistics could be considered reaching its maturity. Most of the centers are based on roads. Considering our national conditions, planning, and designing logistics centers based on railway system is an important work with special significance.
