摘要
选用96头体重17kg左右的“杜×长×大”三元杂交仔猪,按饲养试验要求分成4组,对照组基础日粮中不添加氟(实测值为26.18 mg/kg),3个试验组分别添加100 mg/kg,250 mg/kg和400 mg/kg氟(氟化钠),进行了为期50天的饲养试验,然后屠宰解剖甲状腺,并取样进行组织、细胞结构观察和生化分析,研究过量饲料氟对仔猪甲状腺结构与功能的影响。结果表明:(1)过量氟使仔猪甲状腺肿大,损伤甲状腺细胞及亚细胞器(线粒体、内质网)的结构;(2)过量氟降低了血清T4和FT4浓度(P<0.01);(3)过量氟降低了甲状腺中Na+,K+-ATPase(P<0.01)、TPO活力(P<0.04)和碘的含量(P<0.04)。上述结果提示,过量氟能损伤仔猪甲状腺的组织结构与分泌激素的功能。
Ninety-six piglets ( Duroc × Landrace ×Yorkshire) with body weight of about 17kg were allotted to four groups by weight and sex. Every group included three replicates of eight pigs each. The groups received the same basal diet (containing fluorine 26.18mg/kg) supplemented with 0, 100,250,400mg/kg fluorine (sodium fluoride). The results show that excessive fluorine apparently injured structure of thyroid gland, including mitochondrion and endoplasmic reticulum, resulting in thyroid gland swelling. In addition, excessive fluorine decreases T4 and FT4 concentration in serum ( P 〈 0.01 ), Na^+ , K^+ - ATPase ( P 〈 0.01 ), TPO activities ( P 〈 0.04), and iodine content ( P 〈 0.04) in thyroid gland. Results above implicate that excessive feed fluorine could impair tissue structure and hormone secretion of thyroid gland in piglets.
