摘要 近年来的研究表明,心室纤颤(ventricular fibrillation,VF)以及心动过速(ventricular tachycardia,VT)具有混沌特性,VF表现出自相似特性从而具有分形特性,因此可以使用混沌及分形方法对这两种异常心电信号进行分析。本文运用了去趋势波动分析方法(detrended fluctuation analysis,DFA)分别计算了VF及VT信号的标度指数,结果表明:在不同的标度区域,VF与VT表现出不同的标度指数,从而表现出交叉突变点,在交叉突变点之前的区域中,VF的标度指数1α大于VT的标度指数α1。作为一种普遍现象,本文中将标度指数α1作为识别VF与VT的一个判据,并且在实验中取得了令人满意的效果。 Electrocardiographic recording of ventrieular fibrillation (VF) exhibits self-similarlty and ventricular tachycardia (VT) appears chaotic, they can be described quantitatively using the tools of fractal geometry. In this paper, we applied the method named detrended fluctuation analysis (DFA), which was used to quantify the long-range correlation embedded in the heart rate variability, to the waveform of VF and VT. Application of this technique shows evidence for a crossover phenomenon associated with a change in short and long-range scaling exponents. We find that the short range scaling exponent α1 may be of use in distinguishing VF from VT.
